Alan Lister

Alan Lister, age 56, of Live Oak, FL passed away, Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL following a lengthy illness.  He was born in Lake City, FL living his life in Live Oak where he worked as a master carpenter and was a member of the First Baptist Church of White Springs.  Alan loved wood working, playing pool and was an avid FSU Seminole fan.  He was very tender hearted and never met a stranger.  To know him was to love him.

He is survived by his fiancé, Carol Griffin, Live Oak, FL; one son, Hayden Fleming, Wellborn, FL; his father and his wife, Wayne and Betty Lister, Sylvester, GA; six brothers, Steve (Darlene) Lister, White Springs, FL; Troy (Samantha) Wadford and Ken Wadford both of Live Oak, FL; William "Bit" (Vicky), Michael (Sabrina) Hufstetler, Rodney (Sherry); three sisters, Shelby (Mark) Hirsch, Sorrento, FL; Dana (Sean) O’Hara, Live Oak, FL; Amanda Zenga, Hahira, GA; one grandchild.

Graveside services will be held, 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 19, 2024, in the Live Oak Cemetery with Mr. Troy Wadford officiating.
