Alcyone Voyles Smith

Alcyone Voyles Smith, age 85, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL following a lengthy illness. She was born in Falmouth and worked for the Suwannee River Water Management District as an Administrative Assistant and was of the Baptist faith.
She was predeceased by her parents, George and Alice Robertson; husband, Billy Voyles; husband, James Mason and her late husband, Chief Edward “Smitty” Smith; son, Richard Michael “Ricky” Voyles.
She is survived by one son, Marty Voyles, Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Rhonda Yaeger, White Bluff, TN; one step-daughter, Sandi Smith Leach, Lake City, FL; one brother, Jim Robertson, Macon, GA, and a nephew, James Langford, Orlando, FL.
Private family graveside services were held in the Live Oak Cemetery.
