Angela Joy Perkins-Galler

Angela “Joy” Perkins-Galler, age 48, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family following a courageous battle with cancer.  She was a native and life-long resident of Live Oak and was a housewife and a mother to twin girls who devoted her life to taking care of them.  She loved doing for others, helping with fund raisers, and being a mom.  She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and great friend to many.

She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Vernon and Iduma Perkins and her maternal grandparents, William and Floy Mae Olive.

She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond Galler; twin daughters, Jansyn and Hollyn Galler; daughter, Brooke Galler; her parents, Buddy and Cherrie Perkins; one brother, Dean Perkins; sister-in-law, Ruth Perkins; two grandchildren, Raelyn Skye Daughtry and Bayla Mae Chambers.

Funeral services were held, 6:30 PM, Friday, March 3, 2023 in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ronnie Sadler officiating.

Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at the funeral home.
