Anita Fae Mapp

Anita Fae Mapp, age 75, of Live Oak, FL passed away Thursday morning, August 3, 2023 at North Florida Reginal Medical Center in Gainesville, FL following a sudden illness. She was born in Jackson, Mississippi moving to Live Oak, FL in 1979 where she taught in the Suwannee County School system as a teacher for many years. She also worked in real estate and loved to play tennis.
She is survived by her husband, Russell Mapp, Live Oak, FL; two daughters, Stephanie Mapp, Fleming Island, FL and Melissa (Kevin) Francisco, Lake City, FL; one son, Austin Mapp, Tallahassee, FL; one sister, Barbara Ann Brister and four grandchildren.
As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
