Ann Hyslep
February 6, 1919 — June 13, 2015
Anastasia “Ann” Hyslep, age 96, of Live Oak, FL passed away Sunday morning, June 13, 2015 at Haven Hospice in Lake City. She was a native of Passaic, NJ moving to Live Oak in 2004 from Jacksonville, FL.
She is survived by one nephew, Peter Anick, Marlborough, Mass.
As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
