Aulden Dawson Musgrove, age 91, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 at the Suwannee Health Care Center in Live Oak. He was born in Homerville, GA living most of his life in Live Oak, FL where he was a self-employed electrical contractor who owned and operated A.D. Musgrove Construction. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during WWII and was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church of Live Oak. His life was a testimony of his faith and trust in the Lord and a blessing to those he touched in his daily walk as a servant of his beloved Heavenly Father. He was well known for visiting area nursing homes and lifting people‘s spirits by sharing God’s word. Above all else, what he valued most was the time he spent with his family.
He was predeceased by his wife, Frances Musgrove.
He is survived by five sons, Larry (Doretha) Musgrove; Steve (Judy) Musgrove; Mike (Gayle) Musgrove; Jamie (Glenda) Musgrove all of Live Oak and Chris (Terri) Musgrove of Valdosta, GA; one daughter, Lauren (Jim) Lewis, St. Augustine, FL; one brother, Clyde (Gayle) Musgrove, Live Oak; two sisters, Eula Lee Foskey, Homerville, GA and Verna Horton, Thomasville, GA; eighteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Memorial services were held 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 1, 2018 in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Phillip Herrington and Rev. Chris Musgrove officiating.
Visitation was held one hour prior to the services, from 10 to 11 AM at the church.
