Avery Matthew Murnahan, infant, of Live Oak, FL passed away Nov. 4, 2009 in Shands at Lake Shore in Lake City, FL.
He is survived by his parents, Shane & Malisa Murnahan of Live Oak; two brothers, D.J. Murnahan, Ft. White, FL and Codey Fletcher, Live Oak; three sisters, Mikaila Grest and Christy Grest both of Live Oak and Taylor Murnahan, Ft. White, FL; Maternal Great Grandfather, Charles Jenkins; Maternal Grandmother, Donna Kay Underwood; Paternal Grandparents, Rodney & Lisa Murnahan; Paternal Great Grandparents, Russell & Sharon Ogden; Paternal Great Grandparents, Chester & Kathy Harper.
Graveside services were held, Sat. Nov. 7, 2009 in the Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. Bobby McCray officiating.
