Bella Rosanne Frances April 30, 2012 * April 30, 2012 Bella Rosanne Frances, infant of Live Oak, FL passed away early Monday morning, April 30, 2012 in Shands Lake Shore in Lake City, FL. She is survived by her parents, Terry and Gus Frances of Live Oak; two brothers, Tyler McWatters and Anthony Frances both of Live Oak; paternal grandfather, Francisco Frances, Miami, FL; maternal grandmother, Krissy McWatters, Live Oak, FL.
