Bettie M. Hall Gill August 4, 1943**March 5, 2011 Bettie M.Hall Gill, age 67, of Live Oak, Florida passed away Saturday morning, March 5 , 2011 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Valdosta, Ga and lived most of her life in Live Oak, FL. She was a homemaker and over the years, enjoyed raising and selling poodles. Bettie was a member of the Crafty Quilters and the Joy Sunday School class of Westwood Baptist Church where she was also a member. Survivors include her husband, Randall Gill, Live Oak, FL; three sons, Wayne (Crystal) Gill, Live Oak, FL; Mark Gill, Jacksonville, FL; Gary (Gwen) Gill of Live Oak, FL; two daughters, Carol (Ben, Jr.) Andrews, Live Oak, FL; Donna (Michael) Brown, Atlanta, GA; one brother, Jack Hall, Valdosta, GA; Eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Visitation was held 6 to 8 PM, Sunday, March 6th at the funeral home. Funeral services were held 11:00 AM Monday, March 7th in the Westwood Baptist Church with Dr. Jimmy Deas officiating. Interment followed in the Live Oak Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Westwood Baptist Church Building fund, 920 Eleventh St.,Live Oak, FL 32064.
