Betty Jean Kent September 20,1938*November 9, 2010 Betty Jean Kent, age 72, of Branford, Florida passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at her home in Branford. The Baltimore, MD native moved to Branford, FL in 1982 from Orlando, FL. Betty worked for many years as a waitress for Woolworths. In her younger years she played and coached softball. In her spare time she enjoyed working with ceramics. She is survived by one son, James “Bo” Kent, Macon, Ga; one daughter, Terry Townsend, Mayo, FL; one brother, Donald (Betty) Durm, Springhill, FL; two sisters, Nellie (Jay) Weyant, Baltimore, MD; Rose Durm, Tampa, FL; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren..
