Bonnie Stone Rex February 10,1933 * January 12,2012 Bonnie Stone Rex a beloved mother, age 78 of Dowling Park, FL passed away early Thursday morning, January 12, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Center in Dowling Park, FL following a lengthy illness. The Portsmouth, Ohio native moved to Live Oak in 1983 from Englewood, FL. She taught preschool at the First Advent Christian Church and enjoyed being a preacher’s wife, working with her late husband Rev. William Edward Stone ministering to others. She loved her church and her family with all her heart and was a member of the Live Oak Church of the Nazarene She is survived by three daughters, Judy Lang, Worcester, VT; Janet Kinard, Pensacola, FL; Julia Stone, Montpelier, VT; one son, Joe Stone, Kentucky; one sister, Wilma Duffy, Portsmouth, OH; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the graveside in the Live Oak Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the Pat Summitt Azheimer’s Foundation for research at patsummitt.org.
