Cecil Foster Hill

Cecil Foster Hill, age 92 passed away late Wednesday evening Dec. 30, 2009 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. Teh Nauvoo, Alabama native moved to Live Oak, FL from Jasper, AL in 1997. He worked many years as heavy equipment mechanic and was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Chruch. He is survived by one son, James Hill, Chugiak, AK; two daughters,Marie Walker of Live Oak,FL; Jean Hammond of Orange Grove, TX; one sister, Louise Ford, Townley, AL; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Visitation was held, Monday, Jan. 4th from 7 to 9 PM at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services were held 12:00 PM Tuesday, Jan. 5th in the Chapel of Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Interment followed in the Mt. Joy Baptist Church Cemetery in Jasper, Alabama.
