Chad Jason Heidkamp, age 49, of Live Oak, FL, passed away September 9, 2023 at his home following a sudden illness. He was born in Fort Thomas, KY moving to Live Oak, FL in 2013. He worked as a tree surgeon and was a care giver for Michael Carr for several years. He enjoyed fishing, disc golf and was a Florida State football fan.
He is survived by his father, James Heidkamp; one daughter, Britani Heidkamp; and one brother, Christopher Heidkamp.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
