Charles Travis Starling, age 77 of Live Oak, FL passed away Tuesday morning, July 2, 2013 at Bradford Terrace Nursing Center in Starke, FL following a lengthy illness. He was born and raised in Live Oak and served his country proudly in the U.S. Army. Travis loved and spent most of his life farming. He enjoyed fishing and was a member of the F.F.A and the Oakhill Baptist Church.
He was predeceased by a grandson, Kodie Jarrett Starling.
He is survived by one son, Troy (Tracey) Starling, Lake Butler, FL; one sister, Betty Green, Live Oak, FL; one grandson, Travis Starling, Lake Butler, FL.
Visitation was held Wednesday evening from 5 to 6 PM at the funeral home.
Graveside services were held, 11:00 AM, Friday, July 5, 2013 in the Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. James Carrier officiating.
