Charles Francis Walker

Charles Francis Walker, “Charlie”, age 82, of Live Oak, FL passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL following a lengthy illness. He was born in Norway, Maine moving to Live Oak, FL forty years ago. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army National Guard for four years and worked as an auditor for Badcock. He was a member of the First Advent Christian Church and member of the Elks Lodge, Exalted Ruler, DDGER, American Legion post 107, and former chaplain. He loved reading and doing woodwork, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carroll Walker, Live Oak, FL; son, Dennis (Cheryl) Walker and stepson, David Esco; daughters, Mary Ann (Roy) Boothby, Patricia (Scott) Whitman and two stepdaughters, Felicia Walker and Rachel (Al) Plymel; twelve grandchildren and nine greatgrandchildren.
Services will be held 10:30 AM, Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the First Advent Christian Church with Rev. Tim Carver officiating. Interment will follow in the Live Oak Cemetery.
