Christi Anne Cook age 36, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012 in Savannah, GA. The Miami, FL native lived in Live Oak before moving to Jacksonville, FL fourteen years ago. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband Don Cook, Jacksonville, FL; her father, Robert Horton, Lake City, FL; mother, Clara Horton, Gainesville, FL; two sons, Devin Cook and Draven Cook both of Jacksonville, FL; one daughter, Dahlia Cook, Jacksonville, FL; two brothers, Robert Horton, Tampa, FL; Donald (Ashley) Horton, Ocala, FL.
Visitation and viewing was held from 2 to 4 PM Saturday, August 4, 2012 at the funeral home.
