Connie Winifred Kinard, age 80, of Dowling Park, FL, passed away early Tuesday morning, October 2, 2018, at the Good Samaritan Center in Dowling Park. She was born and spent most of her life in Dowling Park where she worked as an in home care giver and was a member of the Church of God.
She is survived by one son, Charles Leonard Kinard, II, Jacksonville, FL; one daughter, Wanda Oneta Stewart, Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Linda Gail Hughes both of Dowling Park; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
