Curtis "Bobby" Harrell

Curtis Robert "Bobby" Harrell, age 87, of Live Oak, Florida, passed away, Tuesday morning, September 22, 2026, at the Good Samaritan Center in Dowling Park, Florida following a lengthy illness. He was a native and life-long resident of Live Oak and a veteran of the U.S. Navy Reserve. Bobby owned and operated the family farm and was a member of the Live Oak Church of Christ. He was very active in his church and enjoyed every minute. He was an avid Seminole fan and loved being active, running, hiking and swimming. He was a loving, caring, husband, father, brother and Papa. His faith, leadership, love and dedication to his family will leave a lasting legacy in the lives of all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Alice Bird Harrell, two sons, Curt Harrell and Matt (Sabrina) Harrell, all of Live Oak, FL; two daughters, Sarah Beth and Amy Joe; two sisters, Mary Ann Howell, Jasper, AL and Nancy Williams, Crossville, TN; twenty Grandchildren and seventeen Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held, 11:00 AM, Friday, September 25, 2026, at the Mt. Olive Church of Christ with the visitation one hour prior to the services from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the church.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
