David Earl Ballew, age 69, of O’Brien, FL, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019. He was a native of Greenfield, PA moving to O’Brien, FL several years ago and worked as a truck driver.
He is survived by four sons, Thomas Ballew, Tim Ballew, Ted Ballew and Troy Ballew; one daughter, Tammy Perry.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
