David Clinton Jones, 78, of Live Oak, Fl, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025, at the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. He was born in Clewiston, FL moving to Live Oak in 1972 from Ft. Walton, FL working as a truck driver. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Jones, Live Oak, five daughters, Gloria (Joey) Simmons, Live Oak, FL; Leisa (Earl) Erwin, Sylacauga, AL; Carol Johnson, Jasper, FL; Angie Johnson, Gainesville, FL and Donna Ward, Live Oak, FL; thirteen grandchildren and thirty-one great grandchildren.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
