Dean Zuck
January 4, 1940 — August 31, 2021
Dean Holcomb Zuck, age 81, of Live Oak, FL passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Lake City Medical Center following a brief illness. The Columbus, OH native, lived in Leigh Acres, FL until 2000 and moving to Live Oak. He loved bowling, putting puzzles together, boating and camping.
He is survived by one daughter, Debbie (Eddie) Farmer, Live Oak, FL; one son, Richard (Julie) Zuck, Jacksonville, FL; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
