Deborah Nichole Phillips, age 33 of Live Oak, FL passed away Monday, February 18, 2013 at the Suwannee Health Care Center in Live Oak following a lengthy illness. She was a native and life long resident of Live Oak and of the Baptist faith.
She was predeceased by her parents Wayne Butler and Deborah Hillhouse Butler.
She is survived by one son, Julio Grandose, three daughters, Deborah Lynn Phillips, Elizabeth Perez and Alisha Grandose; three brothers, Jimmy Boyd, Randal Phillips, Daniel Ray Phillips and her step-father, Jimmy Boyd.
