Debra Lynn Brown

Debra Lynn Brown, age 65, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Friday morning, April 14, 2023, at the Bedrock Rehabilitative Center in Lake City, FL surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL to the late Austin and June Parker on September 23, 1957.  She worked as a license practical nurse for many years and was a member of the Orange Baptist Church. Her most treasured moments were the time she spent with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by three daughters, Candie (Darin) Tanner, Pearson, GA; Marsha (Nicky) Brown, Live Oak, FL; Kim Landen, Live Oak, FL; her mother, June Parker, Inverness, FL; three sisters, Sandy Swilley, Ft. White, FL; Shirley Certain, Inverness, FL; Cookie Boardman, Inverness, FL; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held, 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 20, 2023 at the Orange Baptist Church with Rev. Matthew Barker officiating.  Interment followed in the church cemetery.

Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
