Debra Ann Kinney, age 70, of Live Oak, Florida, passed away, Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Lake City Medical Center in Lake City, Florida. She was born in Gastonia, NC moving to Live Oak in 2014 from Palmetto, Florida. She was an entomologist for Manatee County for many years and enjoyed gardening, fishing, crocheting and cooking.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Kinney, Live Oak, FL; one son, Michael Kinney, Jr., Live Oak, three sisters, Susan Lowes, Wendy Hill and Jill Martinez.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
