Delphia Thomas

Delphia Thomas January 13,1927 * December 26,2012 Delphia Thomas, age 85 of Live Oak, FL passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at her home following a lengthy illness. The Charleston, WV native moved to Live Oak in 1995 from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting and knitting. Her most enjoyable moments was the time she spent with her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Thomas, five sons, Odie Davis, Pokey Ogal, Michael Melton, Charles Thomas and Steve Thomas. She is survived by two sons Craig (Barbara) Thomas, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Kevin Thomas, Paducah, KY; one daughter, Sheena Fraley, Live Oak, FL; one brother, Basil Stonestreet, Springfield, VT; fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 in the Live Oak Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Haven Hospice, 6037 Hwy 90 West, Lake City, FL 32055.
