Diane Livingston

Diane Livingston, age 81, of Live Oak, FL, passed away, Sunday, August 9, 2026.  She was born in Sanford, Florida moving to Live Oak, Florida in 2017, from Lake County, Florida. She worked for the Volusia County School Board in the transportation department for many years and was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church.  She was also member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for many years and the Blackwater- Yankee Lake Hunting Club where she was known as "Lady Bug".  She was a long-standing member of the Cassia Community Club, and in her spare time she loved flower gardening, going to the beach, hunting, fishing, arts and crafts, planning and hosting family gatherings, camping at the Ho-Hum RV park, singing and dancing.

She was predeceased by her parents, Collis and Mary Godwin, her husband, Tom Livingston, and a brother, Mack Godwin.

She is survived by three sons, Hank (Nancy) Koppel, J.J. (Mike) Koppel and Jason (Michele) Koppel; three stepsons, Bobby (Jodi) Livingston, Tommy (Stacey) Livingston and Kevin (Cynthia) Livingston; two sisters, Beverly (Herb) Flavell and Donna (George) Creamer; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held, 11:00 AM, Friday, August 14, 2026, at the Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. David McKeithen officiating.  Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the church.

Burial and graveside services were held, 12:00 PM, Saturday, August 15th at the Seminole Springs Cemetery in Eustis, Florida with Mr. Collis Adcock officiating.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 3507 E. Frontage Road, Tampa, Florida 33607.

The family would like to extend our deepest gratitude to mom's special caregiver and friend, Linda Dimsey, for your compassion, kindness, and commitment to caring for Diane in her greatest time of need.
