Dolly Ann Perkins, age 82, of Wellborn, FL passed Monday, January 1, 2018. She was born in McDowell, West Virginia moving to Wellborn fifteen years ago from Virginia. She is survived by three brothers, Athal Canaday, Billy Canaday and Richard Canaday. As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
