Donna Kaye Bush Kellogg October 6, 1966 May 31, 2010 Donna Kaye Bush Kellogg, age 43, of Live Oak, Florida passed away Monday, May 31, 2010 in Shands @ UF in Gainesville, FL following a lengthy illness. The Albany, GA native moved to Live Oak FL nine months ago from Valdosta, GA. Donna graduated from Albany Junior College, Albany GA in 1984 and was a member of Kappa Delta. She was a Registered Nurse and in her spare time love to draw and enjoyed doing arts and crafts. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Leesburg, Ga. Survivors include her husband, Shannon Kellogg, Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Dana Phillips, Leesburg, GA; one step-son Hayden Kellogg, Live Oak, FL; her mother, Barbara Bush, Leesburg, GA; one brother, David Bush, Shalimar, FL; one grandson Devon Phillips, Leesburg, GA. Memorial services were held 11:00 am, Sat. June 19th at New Hope Baptist Church. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to New Hope Baptist Church, 3832 US Hwy 27, Blakely, GA 39823 or Hepatitis Foundation, 504 Blick Dr., Silver Springs, MD 20904.
