Donna Tanner Middlebrooks, age 52, of Live Oak, FL passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 at the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL following a brief illness. She was born in Atlanta, GA moving to Live Oak, FL in 2017 from South Boston, Virginia. She worked as a cook for the Waffle House and was of the Baptist faith. Donna loved the outdoors, swimming and fishing and spending time with her family.
She is survived by husband, Mitchell of Live Oak, FL; two daughters, Jina Elizabeth Middlebrooks and Heaven Leann Middlebrooks; one brother, Chuckie Tanner and one grandchild.
As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
