Dwain Skinner
January 21, 1958 — December 10, 2020
Dwain Skinner , age 62, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, FL following a lengthy illness. He was a native and life-long resident of Live Oak and a self-employed heavy equipment operator. He served in the Florida National Guard for thirteen years and in his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family.
He is survived by one son, David Skinner, Live Oak; two daughters, Melissa Skinner and Bethany Skinner, both of Live Oak; one brother, Wade (Karen) Skinner, Live Oak and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held, 11:30 AM in the Chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Brett officiating. Interment followed in the Tiger Lake Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
