Earl Edward Steed, Jr. “Eddie” March 10, 1945 * May 9, 2011 Earl Edward Steed, Jr. “Eddie” age 66, of Live Oak, Florida passed away Monday, May 9, 2011 at Avalon Health Care Center in Lake City, FL following a lengthy illness. He was a native of Staton, Virginia and moved to Live Oak, FL in 1992 from Branford, FL. He was a veteran of the U.S. Airforce and worked in construction as a dry wall finisher. In his spare time he enjoyed painting portraits and pictures. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include his two sons, Earl (Ana) Steed, III, Hollywood, FL; Aaron (Amy) Steed, Lake City, FL; one sister, Evelyn Ruth “Susie” Steed, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; four grandchildren, Shianne, Dalton, Hunter and Isabela Steed. As per his wishes finalization was by cremation.
