Edith Virginia Crowley

Edith Virginia Crowley, 86 of Live Oak, Florida passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008, at the Suwannee Health Care Center in Live Oak following a lengthy illness. The Springfield, Ohio native moved to Live Oak from Naples, FL in September 2006. Virginia was an artist and worked as an Elementary Draftsman as a window designer, raising her daughter alone after her husband was killed in April 1942 in a B-17. She was of the Protestant faith. Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie Anne Synder, Live Oak,FL; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were held, Saturday, Feb. 9, 2008 at 2:00 pm in Springfield, OH with burial in the Rosehill Burial Park.
