Edmund "Bill" Stewart, Jr.

Edmund "Bill" Stewart, Jr., age 75, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. He was born in New York, residing in West Palm Beach, Florida until 1984, then moving to Live Oak, Florida. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during the Vietnam Conflict. Bill worked for the Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranches as an Assistance Supervisor in the maintenance department. He loved to fish, hunt and wood working.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edmund and Virginia Stewart and a son Edmund Stewart.
He is survived by his life companion; Fran Melanson, Live Oak, Florida, one son; Lynn B. Stewart, Live Oak, Florida, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
As per his wishes, finalization was by cremation.
