Edna Story

Edna Story, age 80, of Live Oak, FL, passed away, Monday, April 20, 2026, at her home following a lengthy illness.  She was born in Bedford, PA, living in Melbourne, FL before moving to Live Oak in 1992.  Edna was a bookkeeper for Orkin Pest Control for many years.  She loved working in her yard, reading, watching game shows on television and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Sam (Kim) Story, Live Oak, FL and Clint (Julie) Story, Grant, FL; one daughter, Molly (John) Grothe, Spring Hill, FL; one brother, Charles Black, Vero Beach, FL; two sisters, Marilyn Engle, Mechanicsburg, PA and Linda Sloan, Blackshear, GA; two grandchildren.

As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
