Edna Mae Tsacrios

Edna Blackstone Tsacrios February 23, 1924 August 1, 2013 Edna Blackstone Tsacrios age 89, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 at her home following a lengthy illness. The Augusta, Georgia native moved to Live Oak, Florida in 1929 when she was 4 years old. She was a member of the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church of Live Oak. She is survived by one son, Nicky Tsacrios, Jr. of Moundsville, WV; two daughters, Joanna Millinor of Wimberley, TX and Coula Freeman of Lawrenceville, GA; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and one niece Dottie Herring of Live Oak, FL. The family would like to thank her long term caregiver, Lyn Worrell, and the staff of Family Life Care: Darnetta, Betty, Pam, Tondra and Wanda, for the loving care they gave our mother during her final days. Special thanks also to Haven Hospice nurse Kathy, and CNA Eddie May. Visitation was held Monday, August 5, 2013 from 6 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services were held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 6, 2013 in the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church with Father Donald Woodrum officiating. Interment followed in the Live Oak Cemetery.
