Eldon Everett Towle

Eldon Everett Towle , age 84, of McAlpin, FL, passed away Friday morning, June 18, 2021 at Shands UF in Gainesville, FL.  He was born in Lancaster, NH moving to the McAlpin area thirteen years ago, from Vermont.  He worked as a master plumber for many years and after retiring, he enjoyed sailing, traveling by train, playing golf and putting puzzles together.

He was predeceased by his parents, Everett George and Ramona Gertrude Towle; his wife of fifty-three years, Joyce and a son, Scott.

He is survived by two sons, Brian (Carol) Towle, Waterville, VT and Chris (Melissa) Towle, Colchester, VT; three daughters, Pam (Tim) Carver, McAlpin, FL; Lynn (Doug) Mabey, Live Oak, FL and Robin (Bob) Copeland, Lenoir, NC; two brothers, Wayne (Doris) Towle, Lititz, PA and Howard (Elaine) Towle, Hermon, Maine; one sister, Esther (Dennis) Bruckel, Kissimmee, FL; sixteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Local services were held, 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 23rd in the First Advent Christian Church with his son-in-law, Tim Carver officiating.

Mr. Towle will be taken to Morrisville, VT where a visitation will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the Lamoille Valley Church of the Nazarene.

Funeral services in Morrisville, VT were held, 11:00am, Wednesday, June 30,2021 in the Lamoille Valley Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Al Lamos and Rev. Tim Carver officiating. Interment will follow in the Wheeler Cemetery in Morrisville, VT.
