Elouise Enid White, 73 of Live Oak, Florida passed away Friday, May 2, 2008, at Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL following a courageous battle with cancer. The Hammond, IN native moved to Live Oak in 1995 from North Carolina. She was a teacher for the public school system in North Carolina. After her retirement and moving to Live Oak she enjoyed substitute teaching for the Suwannee County School system until her health began to fail. She was a member of the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, NC.
Survivors include her husband, Glennie White, Live Oak; one son, Charlie (Lynn) White, Live Oak; one daughter, Barbara (Ed) Jones, Columbia, SC; one grandchild.
Finalization was by cremation.
