Elsie Long Copeland
January 21, 1934 — February 22, 2023
Elsie Long Copeland, age 89, of Live Oak, FL, passed away February 22, 2023, at her home following a brief illness. She was born in Suwannee County living most of her life in Live Oak where she was a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church and Live Oak Christian Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Guy Copeland, two sons, Jim Gardener and Mike Windsor, daughter, Kim Windsor, two stepdaughters, Patty Garett and Cindy Shelton.
Survived by two sons-n-law, Mike Shelton and Steve Garett, stepson, Nick Copeland, two daughters-n-law, Paula Gardener and Lola Windsor, stepdaughter, Cheryl Copeland, eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held, Monday, February 27 th from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
Graveside services was held, 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 1, 2023, Hopewell Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Plant City, FL.
