Ernest E. Dazy, age 68, of Live Oak, FL passed away Thursday Nov. 19, 2009 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL following a lengthy illness.
The Willimantic, CT. native moved to Live Oak in 1993 from Largo, FL.
He is survived by his wife, Jennie Dazy, Live Oak, FL; two brothers, Roland Dazy, Norwich, CT; Robert Dazy, Monville, CT; two sisters, Viola Mosley and Thersa Roelette both of Port Charlotte, FL.
As per his wishes finalization was by cremation.
