Esther Pasqualina Farro

Esther Pasqualina Farro, 93, born June 18th, 1932, in Elizabeth, New Jersey.  She passed away on December 12, 2025, at her home in Live Oak, Florida, surrounded by her family.

Esther was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Lt. Colonel Patsy M. Farro (October 1, 2013) and her parents, Ida (Bottito) and Pasquale Limone, sisters, Anna Rivoli and Patricia Schienger.

On September 6, 1953, Esther married the love of her life and raised their five daughters.  

She is survived by Theresa (Roger) Brown, Florence (David) Roper, Sheilah (Greg) Gordon, Michele Gagne and Patrice (Brian) Moffat; ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren, with another bun in the oven. 

Esther was involved in the Reserve Officer Association Ladies Club, the Hollywood, South Broward and the Suwannee 500 Bowling Clubs, Live Oak Elks Lodge BPOE #1165 and volunteered at the St. Franceis Xavier Catholic Church.  Esther's commitment to her family, friends and community was unwavering and she met many lifelong friends and companions along this journey.  In her later years, Esther was blessed with the devoted care of her youngest daughter, Patty, her husband, Brian and caregiver Grecia Perez.  Together the daughters, brought light, love and reassurance to her final days.  Esther's legacy and love live on in countless lives that she touched.

Celebration of life services will be held, 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Live Oak.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one of the following organizations in her name to St. Jude or St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with the family's appreciation.
