Frances Green Luth, age 81, of Live Oak, Florida passed away Sunday morning, January 26, 2014 at Shands Lake Shore, Lake City, FL following a lengthy illness.
She was born to the late Everett and Murrell Green, August 6, 1932, in Live Oak, FL. She was married to the late Kurt Luth and they lived together in Gainesville, FL before retiring to Live Oak, FL in 1990.
Frances was a native and life-long resident of Florida working as a nurse and retired from the V.A. Medical Center after fourteen years.
Frances was an active member of the Advent Christian Church of Live Oak. She enjoyed working with and growing plants of all kinds. She also enjoyed visiting with friends and family.
She was predeceased by a brother Joe E. Green of Live Oak and one step-daughter, Helen Esposito, Warren, OH.
She is survived by one step-son, Ronald (Susan) Luth of Estero, FL, 1 step-grandson Michael Esposito, a sister-in-law, Betty Green, of Live Oak, 2 nephews both of Live Oak, Darrell Green and James (Pam) Green, 2 great nieces Crystall Calloway, of Marysville, WA, Jamie Grace Green of Live Oak, 2 great nephews both of Live Oak, Isaac and Caleb Green, and a great-great niece Scarlett Calloway of Marysville, WA.
Graveside services were held, 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 28, 2014 in the Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. Tim Carver officiating.
