Frank Howard Harrell, Sr.

Frank Howard Harrell, Sr., age 89, of Alford, FL, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023 in Jackson Hospital in Marianna, FL. He was born in Fairvilla, FL moving to Live Oak in 2017 from Alford, FL. He worked in quality assurance for a nuclear power plant and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Frank was a member of the VFW, American Legion, American Veteran and the DAV. He loved working on cars.
He is survived by two sons, Kenneth Hank Harrell and Frank Howard Harrell, Jr.; two daughters, Kathy Ann Harrell and Darlene Harrell; one sister, Charlotte Teutsch.
Graveside services will be held, 1:30 PM, Wednesday, September 27, 2023 in the Jacksonville National Cemetery in Jacksonville, FL.
