Frank Huntington Phipps, IV, age 67, of Live Oak, FL passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016. He was a native of Bronxville, NY moving to Live Oak forty years ago from Villanova, PA. He worked for the U.S. Postal service in O’Brien, FL for many years. He loved to dabble in the stock market and enjoyed, golf, sailing and coin collecting. Frank was known for his beautiful collection of Antique cars.
He is survived by one sister, Averyl DeDominicis, Newtown Square, PA and a niece, Daphne Connor also Pennsylvania.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
