Gartrell Roy Mosteller, age 88, of Live Oak, FL passed away Monday, March 18, 2019, at the V.A. Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. He was born in Andrews, NC, lived most of his life in Sylva, NC before moving to Live Oak, FL in 2011 to be close to his family. He loved music and was an amazing fiddler.
He is survived by his wife Ruth Mosteller, Live Oak, FL; two sons Ben Miller (Dena), Live Oak, FL and Walter Dale Miller (Susan), Chicago, IL; one daughter Debbie Mosteller; one sister Lenora Jane McMahan, cousins Ron Moss (June) and Rhonda Hall, Live Oak, FL and Howard Anthony McMahan, Atlanta, GA; three grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
