George Thomas "Tom" Livingston

George Thomas Livingston, “Tom” age 77, of Live Oak, FL passed away at the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL, Thursday, February 15, 2024. He was born in Linton, Indiana moving to Live Oak, FL in 2017 from Eustis, FL.  He worked for Southern Bell Telephone Company as a telephone repair man.  He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War as an E-4.  Tom was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church and Cassia Community Club.  He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping and traveling.  His most treasured moments, were the times spent with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Diane Livingston, Live Oak, FL; three sons, James (Jodi) Livingston; Thomas (Stacey) Livingston; Kevin (Cynthia) Livingston; three step-sons, Harold “Hank” (Nancy) Koppel; James (Michael) Koppel and Jason (Michele) Koppel; two brothers, James Livingston and Johnny Livingston; three sisters, Margaret (Bruce) Joradaski; June Chesser and Carol Jean; six grandchildren, fifteen step- grandchildren; five great grandchildren and six step-greatgrandchildren.

Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.

Funeral services were held, 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 20, 2024 in the Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. David McKeithen officiating. Interment was held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, February 21st in the Seminole Springs Cemetery in Eustis, FL.
