Harry Joseph Stanavich, Sr. age 60, of Live Oak, Florida passed away Monday, June 6, 2011 at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. The Annapolis, Maryland native moved to Live Oak twelve years ago from Chicago. He worked as a concrete construction supervisor. Harry was a member of the King David Lodge #68 F&AM in Pasadena, Maryland. He loved the Beatles and playing music especially the bass guitar, piano and violin and also had a great love for animals. He was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church of Live Oak.
Survivors include his wife, Vicky Stanavich, Live Oak, FL; three sons, Dennis Walker, Live Oak, FL; Joey Stanavich and Jeffrey Stanavich both of Baltimore, MD; one daughter, Melissa Stanavich, Baltimore, MD; one brother, Billy Reed, Baltimore, MD; one sister, Alice Elliott, Baltimore, MD and nine grandchildren.
Memorial services were held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. David McKeithen officiating.
