Henry "Hank" Hodek
June 18, 1924 — August 13, 2021
Henry “Hank” Hodek, age 97, of Live Oak, FL passed away Friday, August 13, 2021 at the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Haven Hospice in Lake City, Florida. He was born in Orlando, FL living most of his life in Live Oak. Hank was a veteran of WWII having served in the Korean War and retired from the U.S. Airforce as a Lt. Colonel. He was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church the Live Oak Elks Lodge since 1946 and an honorary member of the Rotary Club Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.
He was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Anna Marie Hodek and his first wife, Cuba Hodek.
He is survived by his wife, Nelda Hodek, Live Oak; two daughters, Dana (Daniel) Chandler and Glaythia (Tommy) Collins all of Live Oak; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
