Herschell Brian Smith

Herschell Brian Smith, age 58, of Live Oak, FL passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family, following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Tuscumbia, AL moving to Live Oak in 1994 from Town Creek, AL. He was a millwright business owner and loved fishing, going to Beack Mountain, jet skiing, riding ATV’s and Rodeos. The thing he loved most was spending time with his loving wife, whom he loved with all his heart.
He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur Huey and Catherine Rose Smith; brothers, Tommy Smith, Ronald “Fat Head” Smith, and Michael Smith, a sister, Patsy Greene.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Smith, one son, Adam (Lindy) Sikes; three brothers, James “Gus” Smith, Jerry “Jabbo” Smith and Ike (Shelley) Stanley; two sisters, Wanda Smith and Martha Smith; two grandchildren, Indie Entrekin and Everett Sikes.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
