Imogene Johnson

Imogene Johnson, age 78 of Live Oak, FL passed away early Friday morning, August 30, 2013 at Shands Live Oak. She was a native and life long resident of Live Oak and a member of Philadelphia Baptist Church. Imogene was an excellent cook and was especially known for her delicious biscuits. She dedicated her life to being a wonderful and loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Roy Johnson, Live Oak; five sons, R.L Johnson, David Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Timmy Johnson and Troy Johnson all of Live Oak; one sister, Winona Landen, Live Oak; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Visitation was held Tuesday one hour prior to the services from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the church. Funeral services were held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 3, 2013 in the Philadelphia Baptist Church with Rev. Josh Wynn & Rev. Leroy Dobbs officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
