Jackie Ann Jones

Jackie Ann Jones, age 59 of Live Oak, FL passed away early Saturday morning, May 18, 2013 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL following a brief illness. She was a registered nurse at Lake City Medical Center and was a caring and giving wife, mother and nana who loved spending time with her family. Her grandchildren referred to her as their “Fun Nana”. Jackie enjoyed taking walks on the beach in St. Augustine. She was a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church. She was predeceased by a daughter, Rhonda Gail Hillhouse. She is survived by her husband, Sonny Jones, Live Oak, FL; mother and step-father, Joe and Alice McClelland, Arcadia, FL; two sons, Michael Hillhouse, White Springs, FL; Lee Jones, Dallas, TX; two daughters, Angie Parks, Arcadia, FL; Candice Land, Live Oak, FL; two sisters, Debra Blackmon, Ft. Myers, FL; Brenda Armstrong, Homestead, FL and nine grandchildren. Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the church. Funeral services were held 11:00 AM, Monday, May 20, 2013 in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Rev. Wally Weaver officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
